Scheduling Policies
Camp Details
Location: You'll find us nestled within the serene surroundings of Blue Frog Equine, located at 1226 SW Borland Rd in West Linn, Oregon. Blue Frog Equine
Youth Hours: The youth camp hours are from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, offering a half day of fun and learning.
Adult Weekends: Adult seesions operate from 10 AM to 3 PM on select Saturdays and Sundays.
Attire: To ensure your comfort and safety during all activities, please wear closed-toe shoes or boots, gloves are optional.
Clothing: Don't forget to dress in clothing you don't mind getting a little dirty, and having some layers on hand. We believe in hands-on learning and exploration!
Lunch: Pack a delicious lunch to fuel your day of adventures. Feel free to store it in our onsite fridge for freshness.
Sun Protection: Stay protected from the sun's rays by bringing along sunscreen and a water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day.
Phone Policy: In our nurturing environment, we encourage full immersion in our activities. For this reason, we kindly request that children’s phones be kept tucked away, except during designated lunch times. This ensures everyone's safety and allows for uninterrupted engagement. Rest assured, in the event of an emergency or necessary communication, exceptions will be made with understanding and care.

Cancellation & Deposit Policies
Payment is required upon registration, including a nonrefundable deposit of $100. We recognize that life can be unpredictable. In the event of a cancellation made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled session, a refund will be issued for the remaining balance, excluding the deposit. Additionally, if a registered camper arranges for their own replacement, a full refund will be provided.
